The Villa
L’Avventura is a luxuriously furnished Highland villa, in it’s own landscaped garden, 5 minutes drive from the centre of Ullapool. The Villa offers very comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people in 1 king size, two double and one twin bedroom.
The villa is fully double glazed and centrally heated via the stove and supplementary electric boiler. Further warmth is provided via underfloor heating in the kitchen/diner and all bath/shower rooms.
One double bedroom is located on the ground floor, with a downstairs cloakroom close by. A further three bedrooms (kingsize, double and twin/double) are on the first floor. The kingsize and double bedrooms both have their own en-suite shower rooms, whilst the twin/double bedroom is very conveniently located directly opposite the fully tiled, luxurious family bathroom.
A broad range of information about activities, events, amenities and areas of interest in Ullapool and the wider area is available within the villa for your convenience.
A complimentary welcome basket including refreshments, biscuits etc is also provided to enable a relaxed start to your holiday.
L’Avventura is let on an all inclusive basis. The weekly cost includes provision of all bed linen, towels, electricity /gas usage, and solid fuel/logs for the multi fuel burning stove.
Holiday lets are weekly, Saturday (arrival after 4.30pm) to Saturday (departure by 10.00am), throughout the year. Short breaks may also be available in mid and low season. Please contact to discuss your requirements.
For the comfort of all guests, L’Avventura does not permit smoking.

L’Avventura is available to book throughout the year. Holiday lets are weekly, Saturday to Saturday. Shorter breaks may be available (minimum 3 nights) outside of the High season periods. Please call to discuss your holiday requirements.

Important safety notice
The hillside garden is steeply sloped in parts, with retaining stone walls and unprotected drops of varying heights. There is also a small garden pond, (with fixed grid)
The lounge has a multi fuel stove which becomes very hot in use.
For the above reasons L’Avventura is not a suitable or safe environment for toddlers and small children
