Arrival and Departure times

Fern Cottage is let from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed. Guests are welcome from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure.

Bookings and Deposits

Full payment is required if the booking is 6 weeks or less prior to your arrival date.

Bookings and Deposits Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or e mail but should be followed within 7 days by payment of a deposit. You will receive confirmation of your booking details and receipt of payment.

Payments

Payment A deposit of £100 for each week booked is required, with the balance due not less than 6 weeks before the day of arrival. Full payment is required if the booking is 6 weeks or less prior to the arrival date.

Ways to pay

Payment can be made by cheque through the post or by any of the major debit/credit cards via Paypal, using the payment button below. Please note: You must receive confirmation from us that the dates you require are available before progressing to payment.

Care and consideration

Guests agree to keep the property and all contents in or on the property in the same state of repair and condition as at commencement of the holiday let and will advise the owners of any accidental damage occurring, before leaving, to allow replacement for the comfort of future guests.

Guests agree to be considerate of neighbours and neighbouring properties during their stay.

For the comfort of all guests no smoking or pets are allowed at Fern Cottage.

Cancellation policy

Should a guest cancel a booking the following terms will apply:

More than 42 days before arrival date	£25 administration charge taken from deposit and remainder of deposit refunded to you
29 – 42 days before arrival date	Full deposit
0 – 28 days before arrival date	75% of the total rental cost
